Terms of Service

1. The Service Look ("the App") is a desktop application that captures screen regions and provides AI-powered explanations. By using Look, you agree to these terms.

2. Access & Subscriptions We provide the AI processing power for the App. Access is granted via a monthly subscription. We reserve the right to limit usage if it exceeds reasonable personal use limits to prevent system abuse.

3. AI Accuracy & Liability Explanations are generated by AI. We make no warranties regarding accuracy. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

4. User Conduct You may not use Look to process sensitive, illegal, or unauthorized content. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App.

5. Payments & Refunds Payments are processed by Paddle. Our refund policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

Privacy Policy

1. Data & Privacy Look is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to our servers. To provide AI insights, screen captures are sent directly from your device to the Google Gemini API for processing.

   
   

2. Screen Captures We never receive, access, or store your images. Because processing happens via Google, your data use is governed by the Google Gemini Privacy Policy.

   
   

3. No Tracking The App includes no analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting. We have no visibility into your usage or what you are capturing.

   
   

4. Children Look is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or process their data.

Refunds

1. 14-Day Guarantee You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

   
   

2. Eligibility Refunds are only available if you have not violated the Terms of Service. This policy applies only to paid subscriptions and not to any free versions.

   
   

3. How to Request Email help@trylookai.com with your order confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 1 business day to your original payment method.

   
   

4. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will retain access to Look until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
